No Refunds for Change of Mind
All fees paid to [Strive Digital Marketing] are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, early termination, or unused services.
Once work has commenced, time, resources, and expertise have been allocated and cannot be reversed.
Services Are Provided on a Best-Efforts Basis
Marketing services involve strategy, planning, execution, and professional judgment. Outcomes are inherently uncertain, and results such as sales, enquiries, revenue, reach, or return on advertising spend are not guaranteed.
Lack of desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Advertising Spend
Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta/Facebook and Instagram) is not controlled by us and is not refundable under any circumstances.
Client-Caused Delays or Non-Use
No refunds will be issued where services are unused or delayed due to:

Failure to provide access, assets, or approvals

Late responses or lack of communication

Pausing or discontinuing campaigns at the Client’s request
Termination
If services are terminated by either party, all fees invoiced or paid up to the termination date remain payable and non-refundable.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If services fail to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law. Any such remedy will be limited to the extent required under the ACL.
